1.Normally a parcel is delivered within 3-5 working days 

2.A customer with parcel value of Rs.10000/- and above and all orders of baby gear are subject to pay 10%  amount advance in Broghill account then the company will dispatch the parcel 

3.All orders placed after 12.00 noon would be processed on next working day

4.Parcels are not delivered on holidays 

5. If a Parcel is Returned by Customer Owing to Mind Change of Customer, the Advance Amount Payed by Customer to Broghill is non-returnable
